Eudald Vendrell Ferrer, has been a recognized trajectory in the practice of law in an uninterrupted way for more than 40 years, mainly in Private Law, Civil Law in general, and complex inheritance processes in particular.

He is member of the Arbitration Tribunal of Barcelona and of the Chambre de Commerce Internationale de Paris (CCI), and is a founding member of the Association for the Promotion of Arbitration (AFA).

He is elected Academic of the Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Catalonia and Member of the Editorial Board of the "Revista Jurídica de Catalunya”.

From the outset, he has been working as a lawyer, first as an Assistant Professor and later as an Associate Professor of Civil Law at the University of Barcelona (Department of Civil Law, Chair of Professors Francisco Fernández de Villavicencio and Encarna Roca i Trias).

He is a Collaborating Professor of the EPJ of the Barcelona Bar Association giving courses, seminars and classes especially in matters of: real estate law and construction; Liability; Catalan civil law; Urban leases; Family Law; etc. ; and in the Masters of Inheritance Law and of Civil Procedure Practice.

Professor in different Master's programs and postgraduate courses of the Pompeu Fabra’s University on Civil Law and Company Law; having given the sessions corresponding to Intellectual Property in the MADE (Master in Business Law). 

Eudald Vendrell Ferrer has been Deputy Dean of the Barcelona Bar Association and President of its section on Civil Law.

He was Evaluator of the Spanish Foundation for the development of Science and Technology for the granting of aid to research in the legal field and Member of the plenary of the Observatory of the Catalan Civil Law of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
